What happens if my package is delayed by customs?
From time-to-time, US Customs does a random inspection of any parcel arriving from outside the U.S.A. You may be notified by letter if a parcel is held, and they may hold the parcel for 10 days before releasing. We are not aware of any parcels being detained permanently by US Customs.
